we will have 10 council ..
council can read and reply on Council Area ( forum ) ..
Council area is a place all council is planning an attack or talking about serious matter !
so if you think you knew one member of our league is Trustful to give a Council Ranked on this forum please nominate is ! every one can nominate 3 player !
so nominate now ! we will have a voting for it after we finalize the nomination ! ..
( please dont nominate Kaga and Reyer they already a council )

Guys don't vote Kaga...he is already in haha..and don't vote Robin and Basted...they are Vice-Leaders.. if that is the case I will change Kaga and nominate Fandijane, Basho, Maddog and Chentai
